It was an important day for both of us and alhamdulillah, everything proceeded smoothly without a hitch. On the evening of 19th July, I was already at her house in Pontian, Johor to help out wherever I can for the big event of our lives. And at around 9pm, I brought my entourage who travelled all the way from Muar and Batu Pahat to Pontian to attend our engagement.

Awin recently went for a course on applying make-up last Saturday and the result of that can be seen in the photo above. She’s such a pretty gal, isn’t she? That is why I love her so much.

This was taken on our first date in Johor Bahru. Overall, I think it should be considered as our second date because we had our first date at UiTM, albeit a bit impromptu (I was sending her there for a university function at around 9pm and she did not have the transport to go there). But officially, this is the first time we actually spent nearly the whole day together, and in Johor Bahru too. As it turns out, it may be our first time together but it will not be our last.
